Pro Moto CoachV is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement. In this privacy statement we explain exactly what data we collect and use, and for what purpose we do that. This way you understand exactly how we work.

Use of personal data
Stunt and WheelieSchool processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself. Our services consist of motorcycle courses, motorcycle training and coaching of motorcyclists on location.

This privacy statement applies to every site visit, transaction or agreement that relates to one of our services. We will not use your personal data for other purposes than described in this statement, unless you have given your prior consent.

 

Type of data collected
When you use our services, we can collect the following data.

Personal identification data: name, surname, date of birth;
Contact information: address, e-mail, telephone number;
Payment information; VAT number, Bank account number;
Images with which you can be identified;
Other information that you voluntarily decide to share with us: social media accounts, login ID, IP address, feedback and opinions.

Grounds for processing
We generally process your personal data for the following purposes:

Registration and verification / authentication of users of the services;
Communication between Stunt and WheelieSchool and website visitor;
Preparation and sending of invoices;

Spam prevention;

You have the right to view the information that we process. If you want, you can contact us directly. We ensure that you receive a copy of the data that we process about you. If you believe that the enhanced information that we process about you is incorrect, you can contact us to update your information.

You also have the right to object to the data processing. If you want us to delete your information, you can request us at any time. We will always respond in time, in accordance with the AVG. If you are not satisfied with the answer you receive from us, you can submit your complaint to the relevant supervisor.

 

Share with others
Stunt and Wheelieschool does not sell your data to third parties and will not share it with others without your permission, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement that you, or your organization, has entered into with us, or unless this is a legal obligation .

In some cases, your information may be shared internally. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

 

Processing of payment data
In order to be able to offer you various payment methods, we must transfer your payment data to mollie.nl. Your data will only be used for administration and payment processing. Of course we do not save your credit card details, such as the number and expiration date. Mollie is under the permanent supervision of De Nederlandse Bank and thus meets all the highest standards set for a payment institution.

The online payment options from which you can choose to purchase our services are all secure. The pages are protected with SSL, which means that your data is sent encrypted and it is impossible for third parties to see your payment (credit card) data. You can check the security by pressing the right mouse button on the payment page and choosing "properties". You then get a window with the connection information. At "Connection" it says that it is an SSL connection.

Analytics
Data that you provide can be stored for statistical analysis, including via Google Analytics and Piwik. These statistics are used to optimize the service. This way we can see how our visitors use the website and improve the website based on it. Where possible, we will use this data pseudonyms.
